Adam had his first haircut today! He was such a good boy and sat relatively still while his hair was cut. Of course, it helped that he had an Elmo movie playing right in front of him. We had them save some of his locks for us to keep. He's becoming such a big boy!


Daniel also finished installing new doorknobs on all the interior doors. Adam was more than a little perturbed to find he could no longer open the doors (the old knobs were the lever kind).

I also went to the granite fabricator's office today to give him a deposit on the kitchen countertops he's going to do for us, as well as approve the remnant piece he had in his yard that will match the slab we've chosen. Here's Daniel with the slab we picked out from AZ Tile.

We're looking forward to Adam's birthday party next Saturday (even though his actual birthday is Friday). I can't believe he's turning 1 already!
